Now many of us are working from home the telephone has become an even more important business tool.

We all use the telephone, but how many of us learn to use the telephone efficiently? In this Power Series Online Seminar Richard Mulvey will describe the principles of making appointments and selling over the telephone, helping your team to close more sales and grow your customer base.

In this session, learn how to:

      • Discover how telephone etiquette can improve your strike rate
      • Professionally handle all objections over the phone

In this session, you will learn how to build trust and respect over the telephone, convert cold calling into Hot Calling to improve your strike rate and create a positive first impression over the telephone. We will also discuss strategies to help you speak to the decision-maker, and create interest to encourage the customer to buy.

Ever had problems with the gatekeeper? In this session we will discuss proven techniques to avoid gatekeeper problems and get straight through to the decision-maker.

These live online sessions are fun and entertaining while at the same time they are full of techniques your sales team can use to grow your business. Each week we look at a different set of skills to see more customers, manage client meetings successfully and close more sales.

These two hour sessions will be held every Tuesday from 09:00 SA Time (GMT +2) for 10 weeks. This is a full three day sales training course at a fraction of the cost. The ten week program will rotate so week 1 starts again after week 10. Your team can start at any time and still complete the ten sessions

About the Presenter – Richard Mulvey

Richard Mulvey is one of South Africa’s leading Sales Speakers and Trainers and over the last 25 years has inspired more than 200,000 business people throughout three continents.
